In Tokia and More recently Glen Cairn Cape Town, we underpinned foundations that were shifting due to the sub soil conditions being semi-unstable.

This picture was a group effort project in Benoni reinforcing foundations that were shifting causing wall, slabs and flooring to crack. The Project took 4 months to complete due to the complexity of the project.
